Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, provide a photo of ID after booking to confirm minimum age requirement, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to provide the host a credit card on which a $300 damage deposit hold will be placed prior to arrival and then released after his/her uneventful stay. No smoking, vaping, or parties allowed. One dog (max 50 lbs) is allowed with non-refundable fee.
About the Owner
We are cousins that travel the world looking for the best beaches. When we visited Naples, we knew it was one of the best we have been to. We purchased this home to enjoy and to share it with you as well.Amenities
